Your GINGER products have been crafted with love and care to ensure they bring smiles when you receive them.

This is our expectation, if not we want to ensure your experience is still a happy one with our easy return policy. 

 

CAN I RETURN MERCHANDISE IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

YES, for full priced online purchases, a return or exchange can be made by contacting GINGER within 14 days of the purchase date.

 

  1. Email us at shop@gingerlifestyle.com.au within 14 days of the purchase date to notify us of your return. In the email please include:
  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Your full name and contact number
  • A description of the items to be returned
  • Try to include photographs of the product/s in its original condition

 

  1. You must then return the products to our address below in their original condition with a proof or purchase within 10 days from your email above. Ginger Lifestyle Australia - Returns, 21 Best Avenue, Mosman NSW 2088

 

  1. Payment for shipping of change of mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. We do recommend insurance and tracking for your return as GINGER will not be held responsible for missing returns.

 

  1. Once we receive and inspect the products, GINGER will refund you the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding initial shipping costs, to the original payment method used. Please allow 10 business days from the day you return the item/s to GINGER for the refund to be processed.

 

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges for discounted items. 

 

MY GINGER ARRIVED FAULTY

Please contact us as soon as possible! We will gladly exchange, refund or credit any faulty merchandise provided we are notified of within a reasonable timeframe.

 

  1. Email us at shop@gingerlifestyle.com.au. In the email please include:
  • Your order number
  • Your full name and contact number
  • A description of the items to be returned
  • Photographic evidence of the fault

 

  1. Ginger will then contact you with the next step. If it is necessary for the product to be returned GINGER will arrange this at our expense.

 

  1. GINGER will then refund you the purchase price of the item/s, excluding initial shipping costs, to the original payment method used. Please allow 1-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
